1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AppDrop ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.


2. Description of Service

AppDrop is a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of software applications. We facilitate transactions but are not a party to the sale between buyers and sellers.


3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one account

    • 4. Seller Obligations

  • You must own or have the right to sell any application listed on AppDrop
  • Listings must accurately describe the application, its features, and any limitations
  • You must not list applications containing malware, stolen code, or illegal content
  • You are responsible for delivering purchased applications as described
  • You agree to AppDrop's platform fee on completed sales

    • 5. Buyer Protections

  • All sales are subject to the seller's delivery terms as listed
  • Disputes should be reported to AppDrop support within 14 days of purchase
  • AppDrop may mediate disputes but is not liable for seller non-delivery

    • 6. Prohibited Content

    You may not list or distribute:

  • Applications containing malware or security vulnerabilities
  • Stolen or plagiarized source code
  • Content that violates intellectual property rights
  • Applications designed for illegal purposes
  • Misleading or fraudulent listings

    • 7. Payments

  • Payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment provider
  • Sellers receive payouts minus the platform fee after successful delivery
  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
  • Refund policies are subject to individual listing terms and AppDrop's discretion

    • 8. Intellectual Property

  • Sellers retain ownership of their applications until a sale is completed
  • Upon purchase, buyers receive the rights as specified in the listing
  • AppDrop retains the right to display listing information for marketing purposes

    • 9. Account Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time through the app settings
  • AppDrop may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
  • Upon termination, active listings will be removed

    • 10. Limitation of Liability

    AppDrop is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

  • The quality or functionality of listed applications
  • Losses resulting from transactions between users
  • Service interruptions or data loss

    • 11. Changes to Terms

    We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
